Quality Policy
We, at Technology International shall work towards achieving total customer satisfaction by:
  • Consistently carrying out improvement in our products, processes and methods.
  • Continuous development of skills at all levels to provide opportunities for fullest expression of individual capabilities.
  • Knowing the customer including their use and staying close to them to understand their needs and expectations and translate these into reliable products and services.
  • Building relationship with our sub-contractors, business associates and employees based on mutual trust and openness.

  • To increase turnover by 20% YOY.
  • To reduce customer complaints to NIL.
  • To maintain in-process rejection below 5%.
  • To achieve total customer satisfaction of 95% or more.
  • To reduce internal NCR every quarter upto a max of 3.
  • To give minimum 2 training to all employees every year.
